Product Description
We produce professional flexible polishing pads for stone surface polishing. Different types are available for dry polishing and wet polishing.
Polishing pad is a kind of diamond pad that its face is working layer which has straight or curved radiate slots, and its back is nylon agraffe with soft nap. Its thickness is 2.2mm, 3mm or 4mm and it can be bent or distorted freely. It can process marble, granite, ceramic, and other hard and fragile material, as well as non-iron metal. It is widely used to polish stone, porcelain profiles, ceramic tile floors, all kinds of table-boards and stone sculptures. Our company is one of the earliest domestic companies to explore diamond flex pad and substitute importation successfully.
They are suitable for hand power machinery with the power is 750W to 1500W that run up to a speed of 2000-10000 rpm. The pad link with machine through backer, which one side connects with machine and the other side is adhibited by nylon agraffe tache that to joint with pad's soft nap. The soft baker is for grinding curves while the hard baker is for grinding plane.
