Product Description
Our high quality of flap discs are in applications: To be suitable for various normal metal, steel, cast steel, weld seam, copper, Aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel component and other metal materials grinding and polishing.
Dry Polishing
Available Diameter: 115mm and 125mm with double iron strengthend arbor adapter 22.23mm
Material: #40 to 120 Grit Size of high quality Brown Aluminum Oxide with high pressure sintering, which is upon customer's polishing demands.
They are in T27 and T29 style, which are suitable for metal grinding and polishing. Please change the pressure and the polishing angle while using, you can extend the polishing life.
Our featured high quality T29 style of flap disc is built in angle for decrease touched area. Most effective when used between 15 to 30 degrees angle. This angle is excellent for contour, concave edge work surface and complex work shape. The small touched surface ensures soft and cool polishing properties.
Its structure has fan function, which can avoid damaging work piece by burning and keeps sharpen constantly and low noise. It uses folded double iron flaps, which improve polishing strength.
We can do OEM branded sticker label on those flap discs on different packages, such as color box, double blister, contractor bulk package, etc.
